since teams with good road records are good defensive teams:
i believe it can be asserted that, for the most part, teams with good home records are good offensive teams.
therefore the spurs should be considered the best team on both ends of the court because they have good home and road records.
with that said, matchups notwithstanding, and in no particular order or ranking but just clumping together:
1) spurs truly doesn't matter home or road
2) thunder doesn't really matter home or road
3) miami needs to secure home court unless they can flip the switch which it appears likely they can, in which case it doesn't matter
4) indiana needs to secure home court-- for a team that is touted as a good defensive team, their road record says otherwise
5) denver needs to secure home court-- unlikely they will catch memphis in which case it could be a first round exit for them this year
6) chicago is an anomaly
7) memphis is an anomaly but less than chicago is
8) knicks are in trouble home or road
knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%
