San Antonio is the first team that comes to mind as a "Classy Organization". Very sorry to hear about Jackson and his wife's miscariage. Would never wish that on anyone, especially so far along in the pregnancy.

You can call it a classy organization but all it is is an organization that is led by Men, that is, Leaders,

Leaders set the vision and they draw all the centrifugal personalities below them together so that they will work toward the same goal,

it starts with the owner of the team, his attitude towards his team and how he behaves, what his priorities are,

then each rung below the owner executes the vision and passes it to the level below,

ultimately, it comes down to the coach and best player, this is the vision of the Leader manifested on the hardwoods,
