Now that the deadline has past we can look forward to improving from within. Kmart is signed now Amare can start

Tyson
Amare
Melo
Shumpert
Felton

Camby
Rasheed/Kmart
Novak
JR
Prigs/Kidd

There's your New York Knicks 10-12 man rotation

Now its on Woodson to get this team back to .650 ball and the 2nd seed

If we fail to get to the ECF then blow it up in the offseason

Glad we move Shumpert in a lateral move only to win an extra playoffs game and still be embarrassed by Miami, Indy or Chicago

Been calling for Kmart since last year. He adds much needed toughness to this soft squad

Good signing. We needed a goon on the squad. I just cringe at the though of having to listen to him being interviewed.
the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

The "hasbeen" will help on the D and the boards. We got rid of a player who wasn't playing, picked up a 2nd round pick and picked up a players that fills a need. Good day at the office.

K-Mart is a kid compared to some of the guys on the team.

K-Mart is younger than:
Marcus Camby
Rasheed Wallace
Kurt Thomas
Jason Kidd
Pablo Prigioni

Not to mention, he played with Carmelo, JR Smith, Camby, etc...

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Well, at least we did something right. I've been calling for them to sign him for most of the season at this point. We desperately needed a backup big who can defend and board and KMart will supply that at least. Hopefully now that the trading deadline has passed some of these guys will start playing harder and smarter.

Now the joy of my world is in Zion How beautiful if nothing more Than to wait at Zion's door I've never been in love like this before Now let me pray to keep you from The perils that will surely come

So can he get his conditioning up. The best thing may have been allowing him to sit and keep his legs fresh.

Guns, didnt you want us to blow it up just yesterday?

Mainly because I felt we were going to make a lateral move after being embarassed last night. Like trading Shumpert for Reddick or O'Neal that wasn't going to help us beat Miami

Now If we don't beat Miami at least we kept Shumpert and the team can be blown up next year.

Trading Shumpert and blowing the team up is entirely different

Blowing the team up means getting 1st round picks for our only assets which includes Melo, Tyson and possible Amare packaged with Shumpert

Now its on Woodson to get the team re-focused. Maybe not win a ring but at least re-establish that you belong in the conversation again

The Knicks under Dolan are not rebuilding again for a minimum of 10 years.

Im really gonna be looking forward to this. If a solid big man rotation is all he needed then he should be ok for now and even better once we get someone to back up Tyson.

Kmart will hopefully be able to play right away. Sheed and Camby might still have a bigger role if they can somehow stay healthy

Great thing about Kmart is you can sic em on Lebron!

Well this move should allow Amare to be inserted into the starting lineup and Shumpert to actually guard 2's. Im wondering how Woodys gonna do the 2nd unit. Kidd and Pablo in the back court?

let's go where? 100 miles per hour with our heads into a brick wall,

playoffs will be a bitch, we might be unlucky to even make it, maybe better served with a lotto pick

obviously i have a lot to add,

but where are we right now martin? you're staring a 46 win team in the face and the first round exit that usually comes with it,

am i angry? yea, as a knicks fan i'm fuming mad, the donnie walsh rebuild was for nothing,

jamal crawford and zbo could've been a fine core,

if i come off with the sandpaper here, that's fair, i appreciate your subtle nudge in the right direction, i will turn down the notches with maybe a few days leave to let the leaves settle

At no point were Zach and Crawford a fine core. Not then and not now.

they started 6-2 with mda,

i know a 6-2 start doesn't mean much but they were clicking and guys were happy, plus that team had David Lee,

there were two teams that were torn to shreds in the Donnie Walsh rebuild:

first, the zbo, jamal dlee team, which could win 45 games handily (which is what i project this team to win THIS Year)

and then the amar'e felton gallinari team, which also could win 45 to 50 games easily,

my biggest gripe and really my heart aches because of this, is that we have essentially spun our wheels in the mud but we have not done so quietly, we have splashed the mud all over the village because of the hype surrounding Carmelo

Papabear Says

Can you please tell everyone on this forum who would be a fine core for the Knicks since Zach and Crawford are not. Give names that we can get or can't get.
