In the first quarter, Woodson should try to emphasise more on points in the paint. Today we started with 0 for 7 in 3 pointers. Sometime these 3's drop, but this will not happen always. I think they should put Amare as starter, or put Melo on low post instead of beyond arc.
Once the team is down something like 10 points in the 1st quarter, then the team tend to trigger more three in the next quarter and possibly go into downword spiral.
If they stick with the current strategy, they may possibly beat team like Heat occasionally, but they could be beaten by the teams like Raptors.
Woodson needs to think seriously how to achieve consistency rather than occaisional explosion.
