Forget focusing on trading Shumpert

Trade Melo, Tyson and possibly Amare

and stock pile as many lottery picks as we can

Why wait for the inevitable in 2015?

i agree this team was supposedly built for this year and that is starting to get flsuhed down the toilet. Melo would bring some nice pieces and draft picks

As for the rest: open season, as far as I'm concerned.

This team needs a shakeup. One problem is we have very little in terms of assets. Secondly I believe Isiah Thomas is behind this team with Dolan(his two buddies from Indiana running it) and he is always right and Dolan is about as hard arse as they come and has no idea anyway. They are not realizing this is a completely different team with Kidd shot and are likely relying on the hope that Rasheed Wallace is a savior.

We need a better starting PG. If Felton was playing like he did at the beginning of the season, I believe we would be in much better shape. Its not all Raymond's fault, no way, but we do need a better PG. Kidd is too old to start and so is Prigs.

I was very much against Felton being signed at the time because of the dropoff. That was my concern going in. Raymond was playing well to start so its not like I or anyone else was going to hate. He just can't seem to stay focused.
