If anyone watched that game--you walk away impressed. He makes little to nothing and would be awesome next to Tyson--because he can score in the low block--and while Tyson does not block shots Oneal does. That would give us a three big man rotation of Oneal Tyson and Amare---dominant for any club to contend with. Neither Wallace or Camby can produce what Oneal can right now he looks physically great--young and bouncy. If we cant make a deal for Shumpert--can we do a $ deal with Oneal--the owner is cheap.
On a side note it was reported the Knicks and Wolves are talking but no names mentioned.

He is a free agent, if we can sign him going forward you do this.
I like shump but being a knick fan means don't get attached to the "Utes" so if it makes the team better for now, well we'll worry about the future in the future.

Wolves might need additional cap space for next year to sign Perovic. Its likely one of Barea or Ridnour--perhaps in a cash deal--sending them ending contracts.

When dealing with trade rumors I call BS until one of those yahoo sports writers says something. Most of the other rumors are BS but that Woj guy has amazing sources around the NBA.

milsap is a good, hard working player. I like him, but if he agrees to sign, I think this spells the end of amare... it sure would seem that way..

What, is Scott Layden the Utah GM now?
If Layden were in charge they wouldn't be going after a young player with upside, they'd be looking at Kidd and Camby.

How beautiful if nothing more
Than to wait at Zion's door
I've never been in love like this before

j'oneal is playing great - i think he'd a great addition. the only problem is that i don't know how reliable he'd be. he's always been extremely injury-prone and trading away a talented young player in shumpert for an old injury-prone guy just doesn't seem worth it to me.
i'd do the millsap deal in a second though if that's true. or like briggs said, if we can pull a money deal with phoenix, i'd be down for that one too.
