I think thye Knicks got a little arrogant after the first month. November we played like a champion on both ends of the court. But then we started to get lazy and the effort that was there is November is gone

I'm really hoping all this media hype about Rasheed being the true heart and soul of this team is true.

Rasheed will come back and we'll defend like we did when he was playing. Keep repeating this and it will become true.

There was a reason we added Sheed and Camby. You really do need bigs that are top tier defensive players and rebounders. You can't get smarter than Sheed and Camby in terms of defense at the basket. We've missed their presence. It's not a cure all, but they would make a difference.

Sheed talks on D and gets guys where they need to be and he's active for an old guy. Tyson has had far too many nights where he's not as aggressive as he was last year. Having Sheed would help a lot.

they need to find ways to deal with things when those guys are out. camby and wallace have combined to play in only 34 games. i dont disagree it will help though. i want them to avoid the same type of feel they have had with waiting/hoping that when player X comes back, its all good now.

They gotta stop signing older injury prone guys. We need some youth. Look at the clippers and the nuggets. They ahve some veterans but most good younger players

so we're all agreed that if the Knicks don't turn into a top 10 defense going into the playoffs we are at best playoff fodder for the real contenders

Let me help you out just this one time...What teams are doing is running Felton off the high screen and roll and no one else is switching...But u only seeing Felton's man open...U call it bad defense right??..Watch the whole game..

I dunno if that's possible. We're pretty locked in what we have. As far as I can see the only tradeable asset we have is Shump. Tyson and Melo too but that would just be blowing up the team.

Felton is shooting 40% from the field and taking 15 shots a game. But he's only getting paid $4M a season. He has 2 more seasons after this and then a player option for a 4th year. I have a feeling this board is going to viciously turn against him by the end of his contract here.

Other than that it's pretty much old dudes and vet min types so...

THis is our team. Have faith in internal improvement or despair I guess
