I don't understand why the Knicks played close on Wall all night.. He just burned them every single play on a pick and left the Knicks scrambling on D

You can read it like it is: this teams' overconfidence and lack of respect for opponents is a serious fault that could come back to haunt them.

Chandler didn't even contend that put back by Ariza, something he has done much more this year
He seems to tune out his defense at times, not sure if he is tired without a solid backup with the injuries or if it is mental/age/injuries, and a solid PF to compliment him

dude is not pleased with what he is seeing, and has done a tremendous job with our team.

team, i think overplayed defensively early in the year, and now we added amar'e...who is no defensive master...

defense can be motivated by a coach...and i think woody has show he can do that with this team...but we have key players who are not great...nor even good or even above average as defenders...this will be our weakness, especially against lesser opponents...

i fully expect our team to show resilient defense in the playoffs when the wiz are on vacation...

He had a couple post-ups in the first half that were good, but it was his D along with the rest of the team that was unacceptable. Tyson was rendered totally irrelevant which still speaks of Amar'e/Melo/Chandler will not work especially when you play them long stretches together. I wonder since they played a good portion of minutes together if that regulated Amar'e as a roll to the hoops/cutter/baseline outlet player in the second half?
