The Pistons have a nice, young backcourt... that's a red flag but I do expect a complete victory

Going for 5 consecutive.

We've beat up Detroit twice here in 2012-2013. Once by 21 inside of MSG the other by 15 @ Detroit.

Now that we're at full strength outside of two backups in Rasheed and Camby? At home in NY? I look for a 30+ point victory...

The title of this thread in itself lines us up for a loss.

I see the Knicks have worked their usual magic, and Calderon has suddenly sorted out his visa issues after missing the last game. What are the bets that CP3 is magically healed and makes his return vs us on Sunday?

Calderon plays pretty well vs us, if memory serves me right- at least shooting wise. May completely change the way Detroit plays, so they could sneak a win vs us. Hopefully we crush them and keep our winning streak going.

Calderon to Drummond could be pretty unstoppable. Hopefully this isn't an issue tonight.

Alright now... Waiting and raring to see the Knicks add a gory sequel to the intercontinental beatdown they administered in London.

Go, Knicks! Let's got this W5 DONE!

Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

Could be a great night of Knicks basketball.

New York vs. Detroit.
Chicago @ Indy.
Miami vs. Charlotte.

It may not happen, but a dream night would be A.) Knicks win. B.) Miami loss and C.) Chicago loss.

If that were to happen? We'd be in first place over Miami by 1/2 a game, 3 games ahead of Chicago and still 3 games ahead of Indy.

Indiana should win, given that they beat them when they had Noah and Boozer.
I got next to no hope for a Bobcats upset tonight though, I just wanna see the Knicks take care of business, personaly I'd like for Melo to go over 30 (hasn't done that in a while) although ofcourse winning is the #1 priority.

Yea, I'm not counting on Charlotte upsetting Miami either although Miami has lost two of their last four.

In regards to Melo and scoring, it's been three games without dropping 30+. 20, 25 and 9 although he did drop 42 four games ago against ATL. But yea, I'd love to see Melo drop 60+, reclaim the M.S.G scoring record while leading our Knicks to victory tonight. But in all actuality, when speaking Melo, the only thing that matters is 28-11 during games in which Melo has played. 28-11 is the goal tonight as the Knicks potentially improve to 31-15.

Also, I forgot to mention that teams such as the Nets, Hawks, Bucks and Celtics all have off nights tonight. A Knicks win puts us 3.5 games ahead of Brooklyn and 7.5 games ahead of Boston for the Atlantic while also being 5.0 games ahead of Atlanta and 6.5 games ahead of Milwaukee.

Indy up early on Chicago by the score of 18-10. Just seen Boozer's back for Chicago tonight.

First game Calderon's playing with his new teammates. Really expecting a 30+ point victory. 20+ without question.

I'll take a win, be it by 30 or 1
It's true that we completely outplayed them twice already, but just like I give the Knicks a more than fair chance of beating the Bulls and avoid a season sweep, I give the Pistons a chance to win as well.
Obviously I hope they don't and don't expect them to, but to say this game will be won by 20 or more before the game even starts is something you should refrain from doing in my opinion :) it can be interpreted as c0cky and/or overassured.

something fluky could happen though... it's tough to gameplan in the short term when there's a major change
