All-Star weekend could be dominated by Knicks and very fun for our fan base.

Melo and Chandler for the East while all 3 of Novak (3 PT) and J.R Smith/White (dunk contest) have invites.

We've emptied our bench...2 of which are important bench players, the other 3 have all started games this season. Is that a testament to our depth, or the injuries we've overcome?

EDIT: I forgot about Brewer....make that 4 starters.

Are you serious? Both Smith and White in the dunk contest?
That would just be sick.

Finaly we'd hopefuly have a great dunk contest again, not based on f-in props (screw you howard, you really fcked this one up).

I know a Vince Carter quality dunk contest appearance is never going to happen again, but still this should be better than most recently.

And this is the exact reason why over on RealGM (during the offseason) I created a thread about this current Knicks team of 2012-2013 being our deepest/strongest Knick team dating back to our throwback Knicks of 1993-1994. This is by far, without question, our greatest Knick team we've featured during our past 19 years. Deep as they've ever came in regards to our Knicks franchise. But yet posters such as TKF make remarks and post's such as "for me, the joy of watching this team will come when carmelo and a few others on this team are gone.. hopefully it is soon...."
