He does have to work harder because he's not living up to his potential. He's a great shooter and a great scorer and it seems he only plays well when he wants to. What separates him from players like Bryant, McGrady, Carter, Allen, and even Latrell Sprewell is his leadership and consistency. Sprewell sometimes doesn't score consistently, but generally always comes to play and lead the team. Thats why this year he will be an all-star and Houston probably won't. It's still early in the season however and as Walt Frazier pointed out, Houston has always started seasons very slowly and gets into the flow of things later in the season. If he doesn't pick it up by december though, he should be traded for a young player with a great future like Stromile Swift, Wally Szczerbiak, Bonzi Wells, Darius Miles, or Lamar Odom. That way we can form a great nuleus of Camby, Sprewell, and that third player and we can build a championship team around them.
