Yeah, that's what I seek solace in- even if we had drafted Jrue or Ty (don't like Jennings), we'd never have let them develop- would have ended up getting traded in some sort of starphuck.

MInd you others those guys fall also.

He was thinking of drafting a senior who could be NBA ready. Those guys were not. Guns, you really want do the "hindsight Draft Lament" thing? You'd have to draft a player and develop him. Holiday needed time, Jennings would have been crushed in the NY media for his inconsistant play and Ty was always gettng hurt.

Im with you but we don't draft players and keep them too often.

Can't blame you for being upset about Holiday and Lawson but not Jennings. We were just getting through the Marbury era and Jennings was acting like the jr. version before the draft. I can't blame Donnie for not wanting to go that route. I didn't get the Jordan Hill pick either since we had someone on the team at the time who pretty much had the same skill set in Chris Wilcox. Didn't seem like much thought went into it.

a few gm's passed on lawson, he surprised even me... I was never that big a fan of jennings.. Jrue Holliday walsh liked, but he was so young.. doesn't matter this organization doesn't have patience.. Jrue would have been traded in another starphuch deal anyway....
