Well then the reaction may have been a bit over the top but Im on your side with her sitting with you even though theres a bunch of open seats. It sucks cause most of the ways you could have asked her to sit somewhere else would have came off as rude but I would have been pissed too if I was in your situation.

Let me tell you my story from last year. I was on the J train, going to the city during off-peak. Sitting there, reading my newspaper. This guy comes in and sits down. The train is almost empty. He sat near me, with enough space between us for another person to sit down. Then he takes out his clippers and starts to work on his nails. The clippers start to make the 'clicking' noise and everyone on the train begins to stare at the guy. I am reading my paper, now the nail clippings start flying onto my paper . They hit the paper and every time I hear the impact and see the bits and pieces. I am sitting there with the biggest smile on my face, about to burst out laughing. It's kinda nasty but I thought it was humourous. Anyway, the guy got out after a few stops and the whole train car breathed a sigh of relief. Point is, some people are clueless.

It was being crushed against the window that really pissed me off. If she's that clueless then she's even worse off than I though.

That thing about the nail clippings, I would have had to move..ewwww. Not sure who had the worse experience, you with the anonymous nail clipping pelting your newspaper or the RoeBeast (voltron reference :)who tried to crush me.

This is going on a bit and I figure if I catch him he might stop cuz its nasty. My stare at him is not yield any kind of result. In fact, with finger way the phuch in his sinus cavity this dude just tilts his head at me, says "Hello" and returns his eyes back to his book all while finger is inplanted.

I had taken some good sleeping drugs so I did sleep a lot. I was on the window and when he got up I figured it be a good time for me also to stretch but when crossing his seat I looked down and the rolly bugger minefield was all evident and I had to cross without touching.

Long flight and we didn't speak a word.

I wanted to aske him if he was a hit with the ladies (dude was about 25 years old) and perhaps give him the hint that getting laid might be better than his oral pleasure. I doubt he cared.

But they are PHAT.....Damn!

I lose it and ask her what the f is wrong with her. She looks at me like I'm crazy while I'm yelling for her to move her huge ass over. After giving her a few second to comply (which she does not) I push away from the wall almost dislodging her from the chair. She reaches across the isle to use the seat across from her to keep her balance.

I stand and point to the line between the seat pads and tell fat ass that this is where her seat ends and my seat begins. The I gesture to all the empty seats she had to choose from and ask What the f is wrong with you. She is looking from the seat to me and back to the seat with a stupid, confused look on her face. Then in the most innocent voice she said "I just wanted to sit down."

I'm still pissed and yelling and I tell her "You shouldn't have tried to crush me, you saw me sitting there. You should have sat somewhere else." I can tell she is scared at this point, the bus has come to a halt and the driver along with the few passengers are staring at us (of course). The driver asks me to calm down which, I do and he asks if everything is OK. Fat girls heads to toward one of the empty seats towards the back of the bus and I sit back down pissed that I had to be subject to a damn fool so early in the morning.

I don't get people. The entire bench is not yours, just part of it and you can't be so clueless as she was. I've had people sit next to me when the bus was empty before (which baffles me) but, this had to be one of my worst experiences on public transportation.

Classic, Blint! Good thing this isn't the sixties in Montgomery, AL, and you are obviously not a white person. Would have made for yet another ugly news story.

The last few decades have mobilized generations of people who have the gentility of baby hyenas. I don't understand what they are thinking, or why they don't think, or why they accept not thinking as the way to live.

I lasted two weeks commuting on a bus to Manhattan in the late '80's. Never again.

We have crazy people in Denmark too. I was once taking the bus home after a night of drinking with some buddies. It was late, so the train wasn't going at that time, so everyone who had to go far had to take this one bus. Anyways, the bus gets packed like a movaphucka and we find a 2 seater and being a nice guy I let my two friends take the two seats and I stand in the aisle of the middle of the bus. I soon discover the stench of the fellow passenger cramped up next to me. Five out of 30 minutes of riding the stinking bus passes by and I notice the smell of pee and the stinking man is literally peeing his pants right next to me and a pool of pee gathers at him and I's feet. This apparently triggers another person in the bus to puke a few seats away and soon the bus is smelling like death, pee, puke and alcohol. And any rational person would naturally get out of the bus if they absolutely couldn't endure it, but this was the only bus going home in 1,5 hours. So, naturally, people stayed on board. It ended up being a busride of shared agony.

Also, I've twice woken up while napping on the train home because someone litterally had their hand inside my pocket.
