That would be ridiculous..then again, I can't remember if camby got suspended for stalking Ferry after he waited outside the locker or by the bus for him after the altercation on the court..Actually he did get suspended for the punch that caught JVG.

Don't exactly know the rules, but if nothing happen other then him standing there, why would he be suspended.

Probably a one game suspension to send a message that they don't want anyone else doing the same thing.

He's looking at a fine of at least 25K or a possible suspension of 1-2 games. Z-Bo was fined 25K by the league for confronting Kendrick Perkins outside of his locker room, so I'm thinking Melo gets that AT LEAST. Since it's been so publicized and the bus thing was 'caught on tape', the league might be looking to send a message by suspending him for 1-2 games.

I would not be surprised if he gets suspended. We will see.

Only reason I think hes getting some penalty is because he went to the locker room and then to the bus. Also, dont players get fined for not talking to the media?
Knicksfan: Hypocrite league that fines players after the game for flopping but in the game and with obvious flopping they call the fouls.

a fine seems reasonable, but you cant start suspended players for non contact altercations,

Camby got the 5 game suspension for getting in that fight. I don't think any of his punishment had to do with what he did after the game, but maybe I'm wrong. Just remember though, the Camby incident was well before the NBA started to really crack down on a lot of stuff happening.

We should just be happy there wasn't another brawl on our court. Kudos to everyone on the court for keeping that at bay.
