Whats up with Stoudemire's hands? It seems he can't hold on to the ball. The ball seems to slip off hid hands.

It seem that Amare seems to have no feelings in his hands. He is always loosing the ball. Maybe something is really wrong with his hands. He keeps loosing the ball. Where did his talent go? and will he ever get it back.

The bigger question is why didn't JR get the ball to Amare on countless pick and rolls. It was jumpers from Melo and JR all night. Played right into the undersized Celtics hand by ignoring Amare and Tyson

I feel like he really needs a PnR pg to excel, I also feel like he's by far, not getting enough touches..

JR & Melo are both ball handlers that don't really have to wait for a pass, mean while Amare not only has to now wait for a pass, he has to set screens, high picks, double screens almost like a guard and almost pray he gets the ball.. 26 attemps for melo, 6 for amare and thats becoming the norm..Melo needs to share the load

Amare also has to change up his game and adapt to a new flow, a lot of times he plays like he's still being coach by MDA, that speed ball stay spread offensive that gives him room to operate..the dude has looked a little clumsy at times, which probably led to phils comments..

You saw it yourself last night when he inadverntently ran into JR trying to do a PnR forcing a T O and that was on more then one occasion, then there was the a "almost kill your self dunk over sullinger" well short of the rim, but fortunate to get the called..smh

He's hands are fine, the problem is where he's getting ball and how he's getting it..

Looks to me like he's a little out of synch. He's rusty and his team mates haven't had a chance to work with him. Long-term I'm more concerned about his defense and boxing out then about his hands.

Amare is rusty, if he can stay healthy he will get back to somewhat normal but last year injuries kept Amare from getting on a roll. I feel the same fate awaits Amare.
