If I'm Knicks I'd be more concerned than ever that lack of rebounding will be Knicks downfall and its seen that solely Tyson Chandler
can consistently rebound the basketball but without much help.

If I'm Knicks I'd trade for a JJ Hickson or such similar NBA player whom REBOUNDING is primarily their feat and few players in NBA
if they wasn't a good rebounder would not even be in the NBA today.

I'm alarmed for 2 yrs how bad the Knicks are on the board despite the terrific W/L record up their in top 10 NBA teams approaching 2013.

NBA has the word out if Knicks dont hit their 3's and ain't rebounding the Knicks are likely going to lose games against anyone whom
rebounds.

JJ Hickson Blazers, Jason Thompson of Sacr. Kings and Larry Sanders of Bucks make impacts by boarding

Knicks going into 2013 trade deadline next yr seriously need to improve rebounders fast OR the playoffs may be another disappointment
& which would be such a downer since Knicks talent is evident by their record and play

How about we hang out a little for Amare, Shrump, Camby, and Sheed...All who will improve our rebounding?.

I think the knicks are going to have a hard time finding minutes for all our front court players.

We got Tyson, Camby, Sheed, Amare, Melo, Novack and Copeland, not to mention Kurt Thomas on reserve. If you wanted to you could probably eat up about 90 of those minutes between our big three.

The more I think about it, Amare's minutes are likely to be down alot this year if he doesn't move Melo back to the 3 spot. If Melo and Chandler play 30 minutes a piece, that's only 18 minutes for stat to grab at either position. 18 minutes is want Camby/Sheed should be playing, but will stat work with that???

Maybe Melo has to go back to the three spot or Chandler minutes will drop to about 20-25 a game. Very tough for Woodson.

I have Hickson on my fantasy team, picked him up first week of sesaon off waiver,

I saw the games he had last year to end the season, check his game log for 2011-2012 season, check out april, guy is too legit 2 quit!

Tremendous talent up-and-coming player that will get payed the big bucks on his next deal,

No one is sleeping on him next year in fantasy, I'll tell you that; aldridge and hickson make great frontcourt for portland

I've been a big proponent of bringing Amare off the bench and playing Melo at the 4 since last season but even I'll admit that Melo should play some 3 in order to get more time for Amare and Camby.

Once everyone is back and we are at full strength, Cope and Kurt won't play, so that leaves six frontcourt players and four guards (Felton, Kidd, Shump, JR) in the 10-man rotation, with Prigs probably getting some burn here and there as well. So it's all good (with all due respect to Cope, Kurt, White and Brewer).

The thing is we are a third of the way through the season and we are short handed most nights...We have vets with a lot of mileage...So we need as many bodies to step in if some else goes down...Also, do we really consider Novak a front line player??...Depth chart for me is Melo, Chandler, Amare, Sheed, Copeland, Novak, and KT...The top five guys gets a majority of the minutes if everyone is healthy and we use Novak in game to game situation situations...

We have a deep team now, Injuries don't discriminate young, old..Doesn't matter

I think we really need to stay with this team as is..The lack of rebounds can be off set by the low TO's, high 3pt shoot pct and just being an overall effecient team. Thats going to come from chemistry and playing together.

Cool I think nyk fans got patience
but Melo at the three OR the four (4)position outrebounds both Amare and Shump

Between Iman and Stout one guy is coming back for his D', other is coming back for need of offense
neither is impacting much on D, Shump is a good rebounding SG but he alone cant fix Nyk rebound woes

Sheed and Camby are old & their minutes (low) wont see them in at end of games when rebounding is a must
though both Marcus and Wallace are valued knicks in the big picture if they stay healthy
