Lin loves New York and he's going to come back to play for the city again at some point in his career. Rockets have a way with letting go of their players for various reasons (Lowry/Dragic) Stranger things have happened. Nobody in their right mind earlier this year during the height of Linsanity thought Lin would up playing for another team and nobody thought Harden of all people would become his teammate.

Are you saying Knicks only want to go after players who is old and washed up? Sounds about right.
