I think the knicks will miss the playoffs and Philly/Toronto will make the playoffs

knicks are banged up and not deep enough or good enough. none of our bench players are developed enough to make it happen in the clutch

IT has a long way to go...

Starting with Cutting Anderson. There have to be undrafted rookies with better upside and game than him.

It could happen. Although, I blame poor effort and execution more than the injuries.

we need either a 7 foot PF or a 7 foot C who can play.giving kt that extension could come back to bite them because he has to be gone for them to move ahead. we have problems at the g+SF+BPG positions--but I feel we can address those situations. the main thing is an anchor player you can rely on. the best the knicks looked this year is when dikembe was playing at a high level because he protected the basket. obviously he is to old to do that for long periods of time now-or the long term. Id be all for trading nazr or Thomas[yeah right] to get a high enough pick to put something real young big strong and 7 foot in there.

and philly, toronto, boston and cleveland are going to play stellar ball because they are some of the greatest teams to ever play in this league.

"someone kinda like lampe?"- No. He can't jump (doesn't block shots) and doesn't have a back to the basket game. He'll be a great shooter though (the white Sam Perkins aka Big Smooth)

Just look at the shedule. Toronto and Boston have brutal shedules. We would have to complelty fall apart to miss the 8th seed.

Exactly, at this pointwith our schedule, it may actually be harder to miss the playoffs than make them. I'm not saying it's asure thing thatwe'll even get past the first round, but comeon....ur taking philly and toronto over ny????

Even if we only play .500 ball the rest of the way (which should be very easy with our schedule), playoffs should be almost a sure thing compared to the other teams trying to get in.
