The biggest issue I see is that for inexplicable reasons the Knicks getting into these anti-grooves (particularly in the losses) where they get lazy and stagnant on offense. There's no movement away from the ball, no picks, no nothing. It's like the player on the Knicks with the ball (whoever it is) gets a green light to go one-on-one if they have a favorable match up.
Then there's the oddball isolation. They get the ball to 'Melo in the post - instead they had him the ball past the 3 point line, and ask him to go to work. Get him the ball with his back to the basket, then let him make his move. The fact that he's already dribbling already takes away 1 option from the triple threat.
