I've definitely been critical of some of the players but the team is playing very well. I'll get it started:
Tyson, Kidd, and Smith have been hitting a remarkably high percentage of their shots.

Brewer has been a steal and he creates a lot of them too.

Proud of Felton
They have been raving about Shumperts jumper while he works his way back.

Novak is shooting poorly Hey that's not positive but it is when he shoots 37% which is not bad. He will get back to form and take up the slack if some players come back to earth. However it is not like guys are shooting many contested 3s. Those players might have low career 3 pt % but I wonder their % on open looks.

That I agree with. I thought about mentioning him too but I figured 3 players would be enough.

The shooting is really just cherry but the more it goes in the more I believe.

Knicks are presently 7-1 with the toughest strength of schedule thus far in the NBA according to ESPN...

I've hated the trade that brought Melo here, but this year Melo is doing the right things. Quick passing out of double teams instead of pounding the rock and launching bad shots, hustling in D instead of dogging as he used to.

The guy is proving me anybody can change if he's willing to do so.

I would hate to be disappointed one more time, there have been so many already.

Please Melo, keep up the good work.

It really is great to see how these guys are one unit, and no controversy.

They are just handling business.

Love the way Melo is attacking the rim and putting pressure on the defense. Felton has been good aswell, especially when he is in attack mode.

Also, we lead the league in 4th quarter defense....Gotta luv it!!!

Now's the perfect time to bring back Cap'n Zeke to put the finishing touches on the team.

Carmelo Anthony has played out of position and done a great job. He is outsized in every game and has even had to guard a 7 footer. Playing at the power forward has him bringing a grit that I haven't seen in a while. This team reminds me of the hard nose Knicks of the 90's. Never backing down no matter what! Very impressed by the mentality of this team. From top to bottom.

I think it was brilliant to bring in Kidd, Sheed, Kurt and Camby. Those are veteran system players who will be a force in the locker room and help Woody to enforce his philosophies. I love that.

Lastly, I love that we have so many glue players i.e. Chandler, Brewer, Kidd, Sheed, Kurt.

The maturity of J.R.? Perfect timing!

Who knew Brewer could hit a shot?

Rasheed Wallace is still really good. Camby played today. Prigs is good, and was a tremendous find. Only 2 teams have scored over 100 and the Knicks don't even have their best perimeter defender yet.
