Really.

We need to play other teams, but as far as the east is concerned these r the games that really really matter. These r the ones I'm marking on my calender. (as if I don't mark them all).

That first NJ game is going to be playoff intensity. Same with first BOS game. We have to crush them.

And we've got to beat MIAMI to teach them to fear us. That the opening game was not a joke.

BOS is about payback. Them guys have crushed us for a while.
Nyets is about NY supremacy.
MIA is about getting to the finals.

Philly is 5-4 and continues to hang around as well. if Bynum comes back (a big if), they will be a real handful as well.

i agree though -- nobody in the Central and nobody else in the Southeast scares me at all.

gotta root against BK, BOS, and PHI all year.

Honestly I care about every game.

There are bno statements made in the regular season imo, just playoff positioning.

Every game matters no question about it. But these game r guaranteed to have
special significance and playoff intensity. I'm excited abt every game because were good and i want to be able to see what were doing well and where we can improve. But against these teams, the TV
has my undivided attention.

MIA is about getting to the finals.

I get your point, but it's from a fans view.

To these guys it's just another game they need to try to win.

I agree its a big if. He is saying he has worn cartillage issues in both knees. I have never heard cartilage issues described that way. He is a beast if he is healthy and I agree that he puts Philly right in the mix.

I disagree. U think when we play the Nyets its just another game? no way. these guys know whats at stake. A knicks-Nyets game will never be another game while both teams are good.

Then Nyets are not very good. Don't be fooled by their record. They've beaten crappy teams and decent teams without their top players. They may get better, but they will never be a good defensive team with Bropez and Humphries manning the paint.

IMO, the top teams in the East by the end of the season will be the Heat, us and Chicago. One of the next group of Boston, Philly and Indiana may move up to challenge. I actually don't think it will be Boston. KG and Pierce look to be slowing down.

I definitely agree about the Nets, they've played pretty much all home games, and that doesn't include the one that was posponed.
