For the past 10 years we have been a team that turns the ball over constantly and gets burned. Its nice to have a disciplined team that very rarely turns the ball over 10 times.

That's the product of having an actual coach. Not a guy who wants to be everybody's friend. Not an enabler. Not an agenda-driven saboteur. An actual coach.

Leading the league with only 10 of them a game. Memphis is 2nd with 13 a game.

This should be called the Kidd Effect.

kidd definetly helps but everyone has improved. JR is much more patient and even felton has had less turnovers than he ever had

Exactly. Kidd is rubbing off these guys. Kidd is mentoring these guys non-stop during games. He is like a player coach out there.

I could easily see Kidd roaming the sidelines as a head coach after he retires.

We're not only winning the turnover battle (per game), but we're straight up destroying teams in regards to turnover differential.

We're only committing 10.2 turnovers per game (1st) but yet we're forcing 17.5 turnovers on the defensive end (3rd). A differential of +7.3 per game. Which is 1st by a large margin.

I don't want to start another thread about that little Jumper Chandler has taken a few times.

Im not sure on his stats against Orlando he took a 12 footer. Last nite I don't think it fell.

ITs a now look for him. He has been our glue.

I think the team as a whole has worked on alot of their "weaknesses".

Melo in the past would've done RAM-Man into the teeth of the D in the pivotal play. Instead he hockey assists to JR for the go ahead 3.

Felton, known as a 3 chucker, was driving and darting past Duncan and the D like he was Tony Parker.

Tyson, as you mentioned, never ever ever before this season thought about shooting J's. Now you see couple a game, and sometimes they go in.

Brewer...WTF! This guy is like 50% on 3s???

JR...most improved, most consistent(might be an oxymoron for JR), most everything for the Knicks. Dude just brings it on every single play.

Just overall, you see Woody's imprint on this team. Kidd is his extension and eyes and ears on the court.

Loving every bit of this!

Heard Hahn say that last night. Any game under 13 turnover, coaches run the difference. How can you not love Woody?

At this rate the coaches will be able to step right in late in the season if we have any injuries!
