Ive been on my own training program over the last couple of months. Ive now got two badly arthritic knees, two acute cases of achilles tendonitis, a torn rotator cuff and a cyst on my shoulder pressing on a nerve. Serves me right for trying to act like a 20 year old baller.

Congrats Eny, I know what you're doing isn't easy and you probably have you're own issues to deal with as well.

Still think I could you guys a headache on a bball court. I will try to make the next bball get together next summer for the big 5-0. Should be ok by then.

The next pic i post will be for saramae.....

My motto in the gym is to lift heavy...8 hard reps or less

I'm floating around the same numbers because if nutrition.....that's the hardest thing for me. I find that my body just doesn't recover properly.....i don't get enough protein and i get way too much carbs and most of it is bad.

We should definitely play some ball...I'm looking to take my sneakers off the telephone poles next year

not with everyone. I did it/still do and after I first bulked up, there was a short adjustment period, then I was shooting even better. Even increased my range.
