Thanks a lot for posting this Chuck. "Tough love" would be how I would describe Woodson's coaching style. He gets in your face when you mess up, but also reminds you that it isn't personal. You can tell that the team is mature enough to understand this. I'm pysched.

Your playing buddy buddy ball..woodsons funny.
The whole bonding thing has been said in every training camp I could remember, as a matter of fact, it's been said all over the league thus far this yr.. The only thing that brings chemistry is playing together and knowing your role on a team, have an identity, lunch pail guy, a sixth man, goto scorer, a couple of lights out shooters, a rebounder and shot blocker.. We seem to have all that, but I thought we had all that last year.. Melo or Amare really need to take on a leadership role, they need to be the hardest working players on the court for others to follow and IMO they'll never get the respect of a leader if they don't play defense like the game is on the line every possesion.. ES
