Costs no money to bring in a guy for a tryout to see what he got. LIkley an agent is calling around telling teams "eddys changed".
If he has he could play. He has proven he can play and was a near all star at on time.
If he has figured it all out you give him a min deal. I don't think anyone should give him a mulit year contract if he comes back.

I got nothing against Eddy, I don't wish any lack of success on him. I just can't see many players actually being productive after being away from the game for so long. It's been what, 4 or more years since he's played.
