Hello

I'm from the UK and visiting New York next year. I want to watch the Charlotte game on the 29th March, I know some websites are already selling tickets but I'd rather buy them officially from ticketmaster. Does anybody know when they'll go on sale to the public ?

Also, where is the best place to sit, I'll be bringing my 10yr old son !
Do you get a good view from the $95 seats in block 212 ( for example ) ? Or can anybody recommend another section for a reasonable price ?

Thanks in advance for ANY info

Chris

I have no idea when they plan on releasing tickets, I've emailed my ticket agent but she hasn't responded yet.

As far as where to sit, I'm looking at the seating chart (http://knicks2012.io-media.com/) and section 212 looks good. Generally, what you want to avoid is sitting behind one of the baskets since it blocks your view of the court. The only thing I would say is you might want seats on the other half of the court because that's the basket NY shoots on in the 4th quarter.

Halfcourt seats are the best in terms of being able to see the action. I would take something in the 300's halfcourt before something behind the basket in the 200's.

Thanks for the replys, if anyone has any more info then please let me know. I know it's early to book for next March, but since it's my 1st ever NBA game, I want to make sure I get decent seats so I'll book them asap

Vcoug : NY shoots towards 112 in the 4th ?

No, they shoot towards section 102. I'm using this seating chart for reference: http://knicks2012.io-media.com/

I want to say that the Knicks are also going to have a game in London this season? Is this right? Jan 17 against Detroit.

Lol. I'm as red as they come and I'm from london. Been a red since long before they were any good, back when we were fighting Leeds for 5th and stuck in a decade long slump. Hope you enjoyed your one year of fun

Looks like individual tickets go on sale in October.
