Felton has a crossover, it's not flashy though.

I remember the days practicing my dribble. Is probably why my knees and legs are so ****ed up!!!
Tim Hardaway was a huge influence. The between the leg move was big back in the day. I think Kenny Andersons game probably describes that era because of the way he used to go between the leg changing direction and hesitating, with the spin move aftet going between the legs. Those guys were those dudes back in the day. Iverson took it to the next level though. That hanging crossover changed everything. I'll give wade some credit too because he added the chest out delayed crossover where the ball disappears kinda cuz you think he might pullup or do a double cross but the move just kinda pumps you or the way in slow motion.
