You don't have to look far to see that this is the attitude the Knicks should have. And, consequently, if the Knicks organization starts caring about Brooklyn I will be concerned. The NY Jets entire offseason has been about buzz and hype and getting 'casual fans' interested. John Elway couldn't get Tebow and his hype machine out the door fast enough. The Jets, alternately, had to go get him and then have friggin ESPN cameras there during training camp. Are you kidding me?
meanwhile, you could hear a mouse fart at *the defending Super Bowl Champions* offseason. They keep their mouths shut, for the most part. They focus on the task at hand. The media would've cut Eli and fired Tom Coughlin about 27 times already if they had their way. But they don't care about stupid **** like 'whether or not the Nets will take their fans.' Who cares
Jets talk. Giants win superbowls.
Jerry Jones is talking again. Giants win superbowls.
Eagles Talk. Giants win superbowls.
Nets are talking now. Knicks win superbowls.
Knicks just take care of Knick business and the rest is easy. Knicks engage the media for self promotion and don't succeed its a **** storm. If Nets finish ahead of Knicks it won't be pretty.
I could care less and I do care less about the nets.
But I do care to a small degree. Good for those who don't.
I look forward to the games when it all gets sorted out!
