not sure if this is for repeat offenders for a certain amount of years, like 3 years, maybe?
Looking at the Lakers, they acquired Nash and are in talks for Dwight Howard, while having a payroll north of 90m already...

Lakers could be over 100m + if they use their 3m MLE, resigning Jordan Hill for 4m each year for 2 years.

Is this about Jeremy Lin? I'm going to assume this is about Jeremy Lin. We're going to be over the luxury tax with or without him so what's the point?
