This is a really small thing that can go to the bottom of the list, but ... it sorta bugs me that URLs just look like underlined text. That means if you go through the trouble to use the url= syntax, no one can tell it's a link unless they hover over it. Could they be a different color or something? (I think the standard is blue?)
