I only got to see a couple of minutes in the fourth quarter but there was a Jordan on the floor with his number. Also, felton looked in shape.

Yep... they said it was a gesture by the Knicks to give him a chance to be seen by other teams.

What I dont get is if know one wants to sign him why cant we get him back. To me if a guy gets released and clears waivers he should be able to come back to the Knicks

I agree. I guess as part of the new cba guys traded and waived cannot be signed by the team that traded them for a year.

its all part of David Sterns NBA and way of always seeming to have these rules /CBA changes which some prevent the Knicks
from making parts fit

Jordan a carribean guy like my family, I like his size he just needs to develop some strength & get some minutes
He's young and we can always use size and a body to give fouls or save fouls of Stars

He'll learn a Nasty demeanor from Camby if Jerome get lucky enough to stick and get a spot 11th or 12th

I'd rather have size than a useless SG/F whom can't offer anything valued in a 11 or 12 man spot
whenever their no. is called. That is why I'll miss Harrelson, ashame he had to go

can you guys put some better reasoning into this? David Stern is out to get the Knicks? That's the best you can come up with?

The rule in in place so that 2 teams that make a trade can't do an end-around and get back a player you just traded (i.e. having to include a player just to make salaries match) by having the second team waive that player.

The NBA has the worst CBA and the dumbest restrictions and rules of any major sport league. They may end a guys career over this stupid rule.They need to amend it somehow. No reason a guy with a non guaranteed contract cant be signed again
