Seth from Posting and Toasting made a pretty good point: If Krazy Eyes or Camby go down we are looking pretty shallow at PF/C. Amare and Tyson playing ridiculous minutes is not what any of us want to see so:

List 1: http://hoopshype.com/free_agency/power_forwards.htm
List 2: http://hoopshype.com/free_agency/centers.htm

Hustle/Muscle/Rebounds: Ivan Johnson, Amundson (great hair!),
Floor spacer: Anthony Tolliver
Has a pulse: !Darko!, Ryan Hollins, James Singleton, Eddy Curry (he's a champion!)

Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please

Melo can play PF if he has to. Hopefully Stat and Chandler will cut down on the early fouls and the Ts. Too many of both last season so Camby and Thomas hopefully won't have to log too many minutes. Important to keep them (and the Starters) healthy for the playoffs so Woodson can keep throwing fresh bodies at the other team's bigs.

had a cup of coffee with us last(?) year. Showed some nice pep, really good body. Huge wingspan... like 7'3 or something. Kind of hustle player that looks playing next to talent (which we certainly have)

I was kidding - of course I remember him but I also remember that MDA would not play him or Brewer and it pissed me off.

I did not say that.

Brewer and Brown - more the brewer situation was a bit messed up.

Certain coaches have a very strong belief in who should play/what type of skillset they want out there. Not saying it's right or wrong. It just is.

Ex: Larry Brown calling Trevor Ariza delusional when he wanted more minutes. I remember our team being terrible that year too.

No way do i want Derrick brown. He was complaining about minutes and burned his bridge after we got Rudd if him.

Any word on Blatche situation? He got amnestied right?

Blatche doesn't play D or rebound. At least that's what I thought the book on him was. Correct me if I'm wrong. He's a young talented body though, so if there's a hint of defensive ability it would be great if he'd be willing to come for the Vets minimum for a year. Doubt it though.

He also comes with a ton of baggage/horrible shot selection/questionable effort/whining about offense going through him.

He has tons of talent but would only work out if Woody and the vets basically told him to shut up and play hard..and he responded positively to it.

Blatche was a nice scorer 2 years ago, that's about it. He flopped last year, but he could bounce back.

Blatche has issues but he could sit on the knicks bench and wait his turn being seasoned by vets

He can't be signed to the Knicks NBA team for a year.

my god. It was prob a favor to him or his agent via Grunwald.

Remember how our squad was decimated anyway?
