Linsanity was fun while it lasted. All good things must come to an (albeit abrupt) end.

The Knicks roster has quality depth and raised the overall level of talent. Glen Grunwald should be commended. The dudes at Williams & Connally can take a nap.

Raymond Felton, come on down. You get the keys to the car so get yourself ready.
Jason Kidd, please get some help. What is a 40 year old man doing in the club anyway? We need your court presence for 15 minutes.
Pablo Prigioni, we have some great fans who love a good story. Make certain you hit your first shot and all is well.
JR Smith, you sacrificed the money to stay close to home and we dig that about you
Mustapha Farrakhan, you just may earn an invite to Greenburgh. Keep working on your jumper.

Carmelo, block out the noise. Play with your head up. "Stay thirsty my friend"
Steve Novak, we know you can shoot it. Now is the time to diversify your game.
Amar'e, dedicate the season to your brother and make us proud. (See Carmelo)
Chris Copeland. Say hello to your people in Newark
Kurt Thomas, we need your toughness. And about 15 good minutes.
James White. You got next.

Tyson C. You are our Captain. Be that.
Marcus Camby, we apologize for the Antonio McDyess thing. Welcome home
Art Parahouski. (see Mustapha Farrakhan) Keep working on your footwork

Look, its a sad day for Knicks fans to see Lin go if its true. I dont think anyone wanted to see Lin leave. With that said, Ewing was shown the door after he left years of blood and sweat on the MSG floor, King was told "Thanks ut no thanks," after battling back from massive knee surgery, Rod was traded, as was Mark Jackson, and still I remained loyal. On opening night on November, with or without Lin I will still be here, supporting the blue and orange...

I agree. I will remain a fan as well. But this also answers the age old question that NY fans keep asking "why do stars keep using us to sign somewhere else".

The answer is obvious.

I just hope that people will like me

Is this sarcastic? I can understand if you don't think it's worth it to keep him but what's with all the animosity?

So confusing.

That goes for you too Chuck. Phuck Lin? Why??

Btw..I think Felton will be fine.

Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please

A bit of Tongue and Cheek yes.

Though I do believe that this all went to his head to quickly.

I dunno if it went to his head. He definitely went and got the most money he could get..which is pretty normal/sane. If it did go to his head I mean he's a 20something year old kid who is not wise as us crotchety old men who would undoubtedly handle all the fame MUCH better...right?

It would be kinda funny if he started talking about himself in the 3rd person/got himself arrested doing line off a hookers asscrack while driving/and started talking like Allen Iverson.

Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please

Guy went Hollywood on our ass. Believed his own hype. Trademarked "Linsanity"...Lin get the hell outta here with that! New York created Linsanity, not the other way around. Without this city, organization, fans, and the media he wouldn't have landed that contract. Just be a guy that had a good 25 game stretch...

The Knicks will win 50+ this year, Ray will be solid running the point and the Knicks will make noise in the playoffs.

Lin can enjoy his time with a not going anywhere team for the next 3 years and getting schooled by the likes of Nash, Westbrook, Paul, Evans & Curry and watch us in the playoffs.

Good to know you Lin. Best wishes in Houston. I honestly wish you the best. But now it's time to move on and I promise you within a year Chris Paul will be a New York Knick and we will go for the title. I also believe Felton have something to prove and he will be on top of his game. Felton want to be a Knick. And Lin you really didn't. We will be waiting for you when you come to New York.
