well if they are saying that, wouldn't that lead you to believe that they are matching? why tell everyone when you are going to decline to match instead of doing it at 11:59pm.

Not true. All Hahn was saying is that the decision must come by 9:00pm pacific time, where the Knicks FO is.

Really makes the most sense basketball-wise, considering Felton is already a Knick and Jason Kidd is better suited to be a backup, along with J.R.
