Papabear Says
I think that Lin will do well wherever he plays. But not New York. The Locker room will be filled with jealousey and hate. Lin will be the 3rd or 4th option. He became relevant because he was playing those games as the number 1 option with no real shooters on the floor but him and he did a great job. Something we all must understand and that is this is Melo's team and if you don't like it go root for Brooklyn. They have a good team also. but you can shout and yell and in the end this is Melo's team. In New York Lin won;t get a chance to have a 20 point game. I'm quite sure Dolan and the GM asked Melo, Amare, Chandler thier opinion. Also other players on the team making far less money than Lin.
With Lin coming back to New York will destroy his career and everyone knows it. I just want to thank Lin for the memories and wish him luck in Houston because when he signed that contract he made up his mind to play for Houston.
I've been a New York fan for 50 years and to all you Lin fans out there if Lin leaving make you not wanting to be a Knicks fan, then you probably wasn't a Knicks fan to begin with.
