Damn it Dolan, match Lin's fu****g offer! This is what it has come down to? Relying on Felton (who lives off McDonalds) and Kidd (enough has been said about his past)?

If we let Lin got at this point...

I may seriously stop following this team until Dolan is gone. I was furious at how the D'Antoni situation was handled but understood that we were giving Melo every shot possible to succeed....

But after this....letting a top young prospect possibly walk for nothing (someone who saved our season last year)....this is not a smart basketball or business decision, it's an emotional one. Jeremy must have pissed off Dolan/Grunwald and yeah, he screwed up by going back to the Rockets to make the contract even tougher but we have mishandled this whole situation from the start. We should have signed Lin on our terms....you don't let someone as popular as Lin go get the market price because the market price is going to be ridiculous. That is why every smart basketball team re-signs their stars before they can hit the open market (see Spurs with Duncan, Celtics with Garnett, Rondo, etc.).....

This is absolutely ridiculous. It all comes down to relying on Jason Kidd and Ray Felton at this point and people honestly think that is more of a sure thing over Kidd and Lin?

Glad no one got killed. Disappointing that we get Kidd's baggage as soon as he signs, how did we get so lucky? I thought those days were behind him. Hope this is the last time we'll be reading about crap like this.

Well Kidd thought that he was coming here to tutor lin and now he has to backup fat felton so i guess he needed a drink

Lin is not worth the 1 million per amount games played last year. Let him walk. Let's see how he does in Houston ever night for 82 games with no true backup point guard. Lin played dirty and got his money. Did the Rockets really get better by signing Lin to all that money? IMO ,he'll nah. Rockets won't make the playoffs and we will....

Freakin idiot shouldn't be driving after drinking any alcohol. I'm supposed to feel better that he was only a little over the legal limit?

Great message Dolan. Come on and sign Lin as we all want. If the plan is not to sign Lin, as many others have said, this basically means we are much much smaller Knick followers. No league pass, etc. for me.
