hehe, thanks. The reference was from the origin story of Flamingo casino in Las Vegas. If Jimmy Dolan were smart, he would've ordered ALL his staff members to stay quiet and let Lin sign with Houston quickly and just match it right away. Now after all the big words, all the hype, and all the tic for tac with Houston, Jimmy will have to cough up more guaranteed money to Lin than before. Although this deal isn't bad still as it's only 3 years and expiring contracts will be very desirable especially if Jeremy doesn't pan out to be as good as some people think, although his popularity will definitely bring any team lucrative money from the Asian market (damn, I want to say this is racist just because he's Asian-American and never lived in any other Asian countries, but that's how it goes).
