That was when Nets briefly fell out of the D12 run. And that was a fan vote I was watching. Lots of Knicks fans in NY and around the globe

Let's see. NBA champions, only team that took the current champs to 7 games, team with the best regular season record two seasons running (including one largely without Rose) and probably the team with the best center and one of the best pgs in the league.

It isn't really bashing the knicks to put those 4 as the ones to chase.

Maybe the Knicks can mess with that bunch, but they have to prove it. In fairness, so do the nets. But Heat , Celts and Bulls have proven it, Bulls at least in terms of the regular season.

I don't know when all the fans lost their standards, but this is the worst big market team in all of sports, we have been cheering for year after year. Watching the old Knicks games on MSG who was as talented as Melo or Amare? The big fella was an all time great yes, but mason, starks, oakley these guys didn't bitch or complain, make excuses, tell you they are going to start playing hard and locking in they just did it. We have had 12 years of gutless players, diva's and drama. Until the Knicks actually accomplish anything other than assembling pieces that don't fit together, trading without a plan and trying to rebuild on the fly again,the experts are just doing there job. The Knicks have no heart, they are a bunch of fake tough guys that allowed Lebron to drive to the basket without every sending him a message.

So until the Knicks accomplish something let's hope the bashing continues and let's hope the guys we brought in care enough to do something about it.

Players and Management tell us what we want to hear so they sell tickets. Media pisses in our cornflakes and it sucks.

But for years the corflakes did have a strange taste.
