After the last two devastating losses to rivals for the playoff spots, this team has to show some character NOW!!!! This obviously is not a question of talent anymore!!! Looking at it without the frustration the last games stirred up in us fans, our squad has plenty of talent on virtually every position (ok on some more and on some less , but nevertheless we got some real promising players)!!! So now its up for their fighting spirit to take over and beat some of the "better" teams!!!
i can understand that it might be difficult to hold the tension for 82 games!!!! but now its about the players showing their character and be motivated to the point of wanting to rip your opponent appart!!!
And i allways believed this was not so much a coaching question but a question of teamspirit and teamchemistry!!!
So our guys better sit down for an evening an have a good talk about what they wanna reach this season!!!!! Of course i realize thats difficult for such a bunch of new players but its even more important !!!!
