Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

nope the radio sports F.Isola on NBA-Tv says he lost about 12-15 lbs and Melo says he wants to master moving without
ball and being on the wing.

Side note: Tyson can shoot in practice. Like most big men it is a confidence thing. A lack of confidence in themselves and sometimes the coaches lack of confidence in them or stubbornness to expand their thinking.

Melo is just one of those guts that always looks fat no matter what....dude I'd definitely working out. I don't think he does alot of weights. Mostly resistance stuff....i saw a workout from him when they had the denvers spotlight on nbatv.....he probably will never look strong or cut but he is strong and quick....

I'm skeptical that that's the case for a guy with his freakish athletic jeans. I think it's more likely that he doesn't do the right workouts and/or eat right.

He looks the exact same as last year. It does not look like he gained weight but it also does not look like he shed 12 pounds of fat.
