Multiple reports saying this. Celts did great in the draft. They will be good again next year in my opinion.

That's an OK choice but I doubt he ever gets out of the eastern conference again. Going to Miami would have looked lame but he could have picked Chicago.

they're after Mayo.

can't believe anyone thought KG would retire.... some even suggested he would leave the Celtics for the Knicks. KG is pretty loyal and competitive as hell. Knicks can beat the Celtics, but they're going to have to beat them, not be handed the keys to the division.

Celtics with a couple of aging stars and a lot of young talent, remind me of how the Spurs were built last year. Can still be a good formula.

i don't like KG, but if he was on my team i would love him. guy is majorly competitive and pretty loyal. things you don't see a lot in professional sports anymore, really.

you can say he left minnesota, but he stuck it out for ten years there before leaving.

the guy was never leaving boston.

No surprise there, they pushed Miami to Game 7 in the ECF so no reason for KG to leave or for Boston to blow up their team.

Ack!- I hate that Celtics team and thought they'd be disassembled this offseason. I was hoping that last season would be the last time we had to endure Paul Pierces smug grins and clutch 3 point shots. I hate that they keep beating us in exactly the same way!

They should go into next season slightly reloaded. Their draft picks have potential, they'll probably bring back Jeff Green too. Bah!

0% chance this man can continue being effective much longer. Father Time does not discriminate. These guys will not be at the top of their game much longer.

They owned us under Dantoni. I have a feeling the outcome will be different under Woodson

Is Green ok. I know the Celtics were awarded a pick next year because of issues with his (heart?(. Glad the pick wasn't this yeas. If you add PJ3 to Melo and Sullinger you are talking about an epic draft of steals.

Alan Hahn joining the Celtics? For shame.

I heard an espn reporter, he was filling in for Doug Gottlieb, say that he thought Allen would come to NY because he is close with Mike Woodson. I know Miami really wants him as well. I think he might be the guy Boston allows to move on from their big three.

LeBron tweeted recently about his son asking him if Allen would join the Heat. Hopefully the rich won't get richer.

The Memphis Grizzlies will attempt to woo Ray Allen when free agency begins Sunday, reports Ronald Tillery of the Memphis Commercial-Appeal. The Grizzlies will reportedly offer Allen their full mid-level exception worth $5 million per season.
