What are the chances of him considering the Knicks if he gets amnestied with Houston drafting Lamb. If he comes back healthy would make us elite instantly. Phenomenal 3pt shooter. Well phenomenal shooter in general

He'd have to make it through waivers before we could even offer him a contract. Even if he did make it through and become a free agent, someone will be offering him a larger contract than what we could.

He's be getting paid by Houston I thought the most a team could pick up is $1-2mil of his total contract. It has to do with your record being that we made the playoffs I guess it would be a longshot unless he really wants to be a Knick and sends out redflags. Key is to stay under the cap

I don't know what the process is if he gets picked up on waivers, I do know that we won't be able to because you have to be under the cap. If he makes it through waivers without getting picked up then he's a free agent and any team can offer any contract they want.

Agreed. He's a decent player but I don't want him at the price he would cost.

Good point. I just have a hard time picturing Dwight in a Rockets uniform. Nyets really screwed up trading their pick for Gerald
