Of course its next to impossible to guess if a guy will be there at 48 but Ill give it a shot I started the darius odom pick club awhile back but after I was shown the light right here on UK of Jared Cunningham he goes #1 He might not be fully ready but from the tapes I have watched any tape I could of him studied his numbers and really like this kids upside with the possibility he can transition to PG like Lin---if I could do it Id move up and get him. The NBA finals was all about shooting and MAINLY guys using athetic ability to get to the rim and Jared has rare 2nd rd talents(Id be willing to do 2 future 2's with 48 to move up to get him). That puts Odom at 2 great body best athlete in the draft great catch and shoot if he was longer hed be a lottery pick still should be in round 1 In my intial list I did not have Kevin Jones there becasue I thought he was in the low 20's but it seems not almost EVERY year we see a player like this he has Udonis Haslem written all over him he was the best post player in the big east hes tough and good with Tyson he can fill in at PF undersized and play if amare goes down lastly my intial list was down to sims crowder and machado and while this moves away from my athletic ability theme Machado is pick 4 for his ability to runa team and the reality the PG doesnt need to dunk 360 to make it work

Cunningham is good but i don't think he will be available. Neither will English who i like. I like Kevin Murphy and Hollis Thompson, big 2-guards who can shoot and still have good upside to become very good role players. I also like Jae Crowder for his versatility and Bernard James for his ability to instantly contribute on the defensive end against the post. I feel that all 4 of these players can become rotation players right away.

Funny the Dallas Mavericks compared Cunningham to Westbrook and said they just started liking him 1 month ago. I said the same exact thing three weeks ago--he looks like a version of Westbrook.
