Jonathan Feigen: Wolves have until Sat to pick up option on Budinger's contract. Surely will, but he'd be a restricted free agent if they want him long-term. Twitter

Although sources stressed that no deal is imminent, the Rockets have had substantive discussion about sending their other two first-round picks (No. 14 and No. 16) to the Sacramento Kings for the No. 5 pick. The Rockets have also been exploring moving point guard Kyle Lowry to a team in the top 10 to acquire another pick.

So Houston has picks 14, 16, and 18, with Lowry being able to get a lottery pick as well.
D12 can be on the radar and build around Dwight and Dragic, would not be heard to do with a legit PG and Center.
There are a lot of players on the Wolves roster that have qualifying offers, in which I think they will just let go.
Budlinger could much better than Novak with his skill set and athleticism.
