Sounds crazy but I think if everything falls into place, possible.

Tyson & Amare for Dwight Howard & Turkolou

Then flip Turkolou & Lin for Paul

Paul is signed for one more year and Clipper owner Donald Sterling knows that he would make a killing with Lin in town.

Like I said, just a thought.

Dwight Howard's herniated disc and back surgery says hi.

Why does everyone continue to ignore this issue? You saw how a much more minor back injury crippled Amar'e this season- Howards injury is worse. You sign him to a max contract and he never fully recovers, and you have a contract that's longer and even more immovable than Amar'es.

Interesting thought. I wonder if his back will be insurable?

If not its a great reminder to why you sign an extension when healthy or make a trade.

I have not read any prognosis but has it lowered his value as a trade asset and would it effect his extension?

On the surface it should, but at the moment he was the best center in the league and still youthier.

Orlando will Demand Lin to appease their fans. If we really want Dwight we are going to have to bite the bullet and add Jameer to the mix. I like Hedo but, pretty sure that doesn't work money wise.

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

You're right; I wouldn't trade Tyson for him right now.

Everyone ignores the issue because it's just like Amare's fragility and the fact that no one is giving you quality (real or perceived) for Stat at this point in the downward spiral of his career.

McDyess sends his regards.

Amare for Gasol would be a good deal for both. Gasoline is on his down side so it makes it even trade.

I like the idea but, don't see it happening. Gasol is (right now) the far superior player. His scoring may have tailed off but, he's still a damn good re-bounder and passer out of the post. He won't make the dumb ass mistakes Amare does (barreling into the paint for a foul or turnover.

No way. Gasol is slightly on the down side. Amare has hit the bottom.

You'd have to trade for Howard BEFORE he comes back.

If Howard is healthy then Amare and Chandler don't look as appealing.

I think you are being to critical of Amare. He hasn't hit rock bottom rock bottom is still far away for him. I think you have to remember KG a few years ago he look like he was done due to injury once he healed his numbers became steady. Amare would actually thrive with Sessions as his PG.

Sessions?? Did you see how ineffective he has been for LA. Looked like the 2nd coming of Nash for the 1st week. Then he became the 2nd coming of Chris Duhon. NO THANKS.
