We are almost there, and truth be told we werent going to win a 7 game series without lin,shumpert, 1 handed amare, bum knee jeffries. Too many things working against us. But the free agent pool of vets isnt that bad.
The following guys could contribute big and could be had for cheap.

Delonte West -- played great prior to his injury in dallas (plus imagine everyone in the garden wearing (lebron went south, his mom rode west) t-shirts

Michael Redd -- signed for a minimum contract, can still shoot

Gilbert Arenas-- We gave shawne williams a second chance, maybe this guy gets it together in NY

Michael Pietrus -- Athletic wing, can be signed for cheap

Josh Howard -- Doesnt have much left, but wouldnt mind to have him in the 2nd unit

Tracy Mcgrady-- doubtful he comes back but....

Kris Humphries-- the dude is a solid big man, and if he can get NY to lokie him, Kim K will become an

Kenyon Martin -- good enforcer, good backup for amare

Kwame Brown -- has definitely gotten better, cant be worst offensively than jeffries

Greg oden -- we took a chance on baron, sign him, and dont let him practice or play til the 1st game of the season. He could give us a good 10 - 30 games

Realistically speaking Dolan is going to do everything he can to bring in Nash
