I don’t even think Marbury or Iverson could pull something like this (May be Antoine Walker), I’m speechless.

Despite all the criticisms of how MDA handled Melo, that stretch was the only time in his career that Melo was actually a good passer.

I rather see Melo shoot 31 times with Amare in foul trouble than see Fields, Smith, Jeffries shoot. Bibby played well in quarter one but was gassed after

The guy had 35 points, 8 rebounds and 2 steals and you're looking at the 1 assist? The entire team had 13 assists las night with Bibby accounting for 6. When a guy passes the ball to an open player and the guy misses the shot it doesn't count as an assist!

I don't remember Melo passing the ball so much, and by the way, with the exception of Josh and JR, every other player that played (and shot the ball) shot over 50% from the field last night. We played WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY too much on the strong side on the offensive end, not enough ball movement.

Another thing..you think Melo will be taking 31 shots with Jeremy Lin in the game? Melo is not the PG. He is NOT paid to be an orchestrator

We're not paying him to be a glorified Al Harrington either!!! The Reason STAT is so frustrated is since Melo he never sees the damn ball and dude is a more efficient scorer than Melo!!! You would think Melo would at least pass to STAT or Tyson more often given both score over 50% for their career!!! That's also what we pay him for! To be smart and play winning BB!!! That's what MDA was trying to teach the F'n selfish imbicle!!!

I just looked at the boxscore and Jeremy Lin, Baron Davis and Iman Shumpert all had ZERO assists?!? Woodson is a horrible coach.

Nobody wants to hear this, but the best thing to do is trade Melo....I rather trade STAT, but I doubt anybody would take him.

How can you have three players in your starting 5 that excels in the post?

If Melo becomes more of a perimeter player, then you might as well have Al Harrington on the team.

If Stat becomes a perimeter player, then he will play even less defense, score less, and grab less rebounds.

All three players crowd the paint. Chandler says he wants to score more next season, but with Melo and Stat....thats not happening.

Stat wants more attempts....but with Melo ball...thats not happening!

Stat and Chandler want a steve nash or lin type of point guard, but since that takes away from Melo ball....thats not happening!

The best thing we got going for us is Woodson and Phil Jackson.....Woodson will tell it like it is....Phil would demand the respect from Dolan and provide more roster stability.

Enough with picking up players based on talent alone (JR Smith)....We need players that fit our team strategy...We need athletes that can guard multiple positions (Shump, Wilson Chandler)....This Playstation roster we have only works on NBA2k12.....

Again, with the exception of Josh (1 FGA) and JR, the rest of the team shot over 50% FG why force shots, and this also goes to JR, he had missed way too many, to be shooting way that much. Wooooooodson.

Amare is not a post scorer. Name one time you've seen him work a back-to-the-basket move. He might catch it in the post but he relies on his first step, facing the basket.

Melo is our only legit post threat. Also, don't we have a Lin type of point guard already?

Did you even proof read what you just wrote? None of this makes sense.

Trading Melo to the bobcats or the raptors or some other bottom feeding team for their 1st round draft picks (this year and future years) would be an option I would consider. If it is at all possible.

But the best would be if Melo can become the triple double guy MDA labeled him when he was acquired.

STAT is becoming less athletic but to be fair the spacing for him to work has not been there since the acquisition of Melo.

JR smith is the talented idiot I thought he was. I'll tell him that to his face and he will respond by gun-butting me in the face. Then jail time...

Shump for 6th man award next year (oh right the injury and the surgery, maybe not then...)

PS. Everyone please stop mentioning Phil "I've coached 2 of the greatest players the NBA has ever seen" Jackson. Melo and Amare are not his cup of tea and should not be. Let him enjoy his retirement. I don't wish this toxic franchise on any one.

Had enough Melo?
