Just base on some of his comments regarding TD, it's almost like he would prefer to start his grandmother @ pg then to give TD a minute of PT.

We are rail thin at pg and when woodson was ask what he plans to do if lin can't go, he said bibby will start and jr will back him up..When ask if he plans on using TD, after a long pause he said, will see how it goes..WOW..will see how it goes? are you kidding me

I know TD has been pretty brutal the last 12 months with the exception of a game here and there, but it's almost like woodson doesn't think TD belongs in the NBA.

Right now we couldn't trade TD for the opposing teams mascott..This is crazy..

JR is a better backup PG than Toney right now. I don't see any connection to MDA and Marbury.

TD stinks and is the first Good-Character Cancer the NBA has ever seen. Able to erase a 10 pt lead for his own team in the span of 2 minutes. He's been that bad.

He was a much better player his first 2 years in the league. I'm hoping he can return to that level. We're so thin the back-court that I'd like to at least see him on the opening day roster next year.

Douglas is shot mentally. He's worried about every shot, every pass that he has become tentative, which worsens the situation. I think we still have a couple of years on him. If I were him, I would play in SL and then ask for a month of D-League Play. You'd have to be pretty messed up to go from MDA to Woodson's doughouse.

JR Smith just shot 3-15 and 5-18 in the last two games. Although Douglas isn't all that solid I would give the kid some minutes, he can at least get by people. Mike Bibby made a couple of shots but he is shooting 32% in the playoffs so why not give TD 12-15 minutes.

And for that matter Jorts has earned more minutes as he has done a nice job on the defensive end and can make a shot occasionally.

Woodson hasn't really made any adjustments and rarely runs any plays. It's not that hard to get people open for a few shots here and there.

I don't understand why TD hasn't been able to get playing time. Its like he slept with Woodson's wife or daughter or something! Makes no sense.

Is there something we don't know? He can't be hurt, because if they could juice enough morphine into BD's knee, he'd probably be playing in game 5.

All I know is what my eyes tells me: TD, for as much as I like the guy, is a shockingly bad basketball player right now.

I just have to think the ill-fated PG experiment forever damaged his confidence. Or maybe it was Rondo giving him the business in last year's playoff?

I dont understand how Toney Douglas could have an epic fall off like this. Quite disturbing actually.

Something else must have been going on.

Why is J.R able to play thru is bone headed mistakes, and BD hasn't given us nada, his lost was even that big of an issue considering his production. Lin was turning the ball over at a record rate, he was allowed to play thru it.

Look i know the dude is completely suspect, but he has to get a few minutes to see what he can do at this point..makes no sense to only have 1 38YR old guard as the lone playmaker..

If we could, I'd rather have the mascot be the backup PG than TD. He's just that bad. A pure knucklehead who can sometimes get hot at shooting. I'm not about to roll the dice on him and I understand completely why Woody won't.

We already have a team mascot.

IN D'Antoni's final 17 games as Knick coach Toney had 16 dnps coach's decision. Part of this time Baron wasn't even able to play yet so the Knicks needed a point guard. This isn't a Woodson thing. Something is up with Toney. I thought Douglas would have a rebirth with Woodson but that hasn't happened.

I am all for giving TD minutes but I think Woody is cautious because this is the playoffs. Though I don't get why as it looks like we are not winning the remaining games. As much as I'd like to believe we can, it is a question of if they boys will have that same determination and grit as the last game. They can be very fickle. One game they're hot, the next game it's like they were paid to lose.

Come to think of it, why don't they talk to TD to see if something is bothering him? It's like nobody cares in this team. Shessh!

Toney must be a gigalo and slept with MDA's wife aswell because he was the first to bury him on the bench. Two coaches placing him at the end of the bench is saying something.

They picked up Toney's option for next year. Maybe he was injured. If he comes back healthy he could be instrumental since we won't have Smith or Shumpert.

That's because everyone knows Toney Douglas sucks.

Correct. I'd let Amare with half a hand run the point on Wednesday over TD

Woodson seems like he's pulling a MDA/marbury move with TD
