Novak, JR, Fields... We've got to make these guys more a part of the offense. Using Screens, PnR, Back cuts etc. Have them be legit targets offensively. At home they should be much more confident offensively and once they hit a shot they will play with even more energy. We did play well when we went with a spread floor and surrounded Melo with shooters.

We need the high energy from our role players. I'd like to see more Jared and Tyson anchoring the D too. It seems that we've been to demoralized by our lack of scoring, when we should be pushing harder on D. Play up into the Heat defensively. We've been much too soft defensively and not nearly physical enough defensively.

I'd like to see TD get another shot too. We need some kind of spark and maybe TD can be a guy that comes out of nowhere. We could use something unexpected and maybe he can give us that. I know there's nothing he's done to suggest he can do it, but it could be worth a shot.

TD? lol you're grasping at straws now. Nothing short of a miracle is needed to win Game 3. The team's morale is at an all time low. Melo is the lone gunner out there right now. He can score 60 points all by himself in Game 3 and Knicks would still lose.

Eddy Curry suiting up for the Heat.
TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

With Amare out, the lane will clear up. We need to drive early and often. Attacking the rim will either get us in a rhythm or get them in foul trouble... hopefully both.

"... nobody ever said it was gonna be easy. Guys that are playing have to step up and get ready for the challenge that’s facing us [today]. We need everybody." - Carmelo Anthony

Miami is clearly the superior (and deeper) team. They also have a year of playoffs experience together and that is huge. No way NY is supposed to win this series. No way. However, we need to scare them. Winning one at home sends a message that we CAN win.

First and foremost, Toney Douglas is not the answer to any question. Mike Woodson gave Douglas a look and he was putrid. "Have a seat son."

Go big with Chandler, Jeffries and Carmelo up front. Get Steve Novak The Ball and hope he gets hot

LOL "should win??"

My all time favorite Bill Walton musing is, "Never mistake activity [on the basketball court] for achievement."

Trust the Process
