espn hasn't picked it up yet and when they do they will claim breaking news and credit no other sources.

The interesting thing in the article, to me anyway, is how many Chargers from the 1994 team have died:

Seau is the eighth member of the Chargers 1994 Super Bowl team to pass.

Statistically, that # seems almost impossible.

So true. Probably the most selfish thing you can do. Not to yourself but to others

This is the same way the former player from the Bears killed himself. To preserve the brain so the effects of concussions in the NFL and how they lead to depression and suicide and be studied. THe guy from the Bears wrote a note in which he donated his brain to science before he killed himself. Seau may have had the same injury enduced depression over time which lead to suicide. Didn't he try and drive his car off a cliff a few years ago also? And claimed it was an accident?

NFL should really add padding to the outside of helmets bht they dont want to take the vicious sounds out of the game

This reminds me of the WWF and what happened over there. Lets forget about brain injury and look at steroid abuse,
